BRANDING
I help companies attract the best talent. Through data and research, I uncover their potential, strengths and weaknesses so they can become the place where everyone wants to work.
Jan Klusoň
Co-founder, CEO, Country Director, Public speaker, Dad
I am an expert in employer branding and HR marketing with extensive experience in the field. In 2015, I co-founded Proudly, a career showroom that focused on showcasing company culture through multimedia content and campaigns. In 2019, we successfully exited the company to French company Welcome to the Jungle, where I continued as Country Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
In this role, I led a team that helped hundreds of companies authentically present their company culture to attract the right candidates. Through my work, tens of thousands of people found jobs where they could be themselves. I am also an active speaker at conferences and in the media, discussing topics related to modern and effective work environments, well-being and the importance of company culture.
I regularly share my experiences, opinions and current trends in HR and employer branding on LinkedIn. My profile can be a valuable source of inspiration for HR professionals, business leaders and professionals looking for effective strategies to attract and retain talent.
I also work with major media outlets such as Hospodářské noviny and Forbes, where I contribute my insights to the expert debate on the future of the labour market. Outside of my professional career, I mentor, speak at universities and help companies and individuals realize their potential through strong company culture and authentic communication.
